2. Cancellation Policy

• Freelance Email Marketing Services: Cancellations for ongoing freelance email marketing projects must be communicated via email at least 30 days before the agreed-upon start date. However, any payments made are non-refundable.
• Online Coaching Services:Once you have booked and paid for a coaching session or program, cancellations are not permitted. We recommend ensuring your availability before making a booking.

3. Force Majeure

Pure Profit Agency is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen events. In such cases, cancellations or changes to service schedules may occur, but refunds will not be provided.
